Course Summary
The course will discuss simple parenting basics and techniques such as proper nutrition and sleep habits, secure attachment, behavior modification using positive and negative reinforcement as well as modeling and also different parenting styles for children who have different temperaments. It is designed to give parents insight into how to respond to children when they don't know what to do or how to handle aversive situations with their child. No certificate will be given for this course but in just two hours it can give you a perspective that will make you into a more confident and knowledgable parent.
