Q. What is the eligibility criteria to apply for a short course or a master class?

Applicants must be 18 years or over with a good level of English as all our courses are taught in English. You should be enthusiastic and passionate about the fashion industry.

Our courses are designed to be beneficial for learners to offer a range of skills and experience levels from beginners to professionals. Applications are considered and responded to the candidates within 72 hours of application. We can assist foreign students to obtain travel visa for the short courses in UK.

Q. How do you apply for a course?

Please email your details to enquiries@jdcampus.co.uk and our Admissions Officer will get in touch with you within 72 hours.

Q. How many hours of the week do I study at the college on a short course?

The tutor contact hours at the college is 6-8 hours per week. Additionally there is subject related research work as well.

Q. What does a Non-Residential course include?

Everything included in a residential package excluding accommodation and food.

Q. Do I get a certificate for the short course?

At the end of the course, you will get a certificate. JDCL organises its certification ceremony where you will receive the certificate for the short course.

Q. When will I receive the offer letter?

On the receipt of your application form and the full payment of course fee, application will be reviewed and successful candidates will receive an offer letter from JDCL within 72hrs of the application.

Q.What is a master class?

A Master Class may be described as a short, intensive capsule of a specific topic. Master Classes work best for professionals who are looking for a refresher on specific focal areas within the subject spectrum. For beginners who have enrolled in or completed an E-learning course, these classes offer the perfect platform to meet the subject tutor and engage in discussions and solidify their understanding regarding key points.

Q.Do I get a certificate if I attend a master class?

Yes you will get a certificate of attendance for the master class.

International Students

Q. What is the English language requirement?

Students whose first language is not English must be proficient in reading and writing English.

Q. What does a Residential course include?

It includes the tuition fee, air travel to London Heathrow and return, airport pick up & drop,accommodation for the entire duration, food all meals, travel within London, subject related museum/exhibitions visits, social events and photo-shoots with a crew of industry Professionals (Fashion Styling, Hair & Make-up and Fashion Photography Courses Only). An airfare surcharge may apply to applicants from some countries.

Q. Will I be provided accommodation in London for the entire course duration?

Yes, accommodation will be provided for the duration of the course.

Q. Where will I stay in London?

You will be staying at a residential hotel or a student accommodation arranged by JDCL.

Q. Do I need a visa?

Yes, if you do not hold a UK or EU passport you need to apply for a student visitor visa. Our Admissions officer will help and guide you through the process.

Q. When and where do I apply for the visa?

Once you have received the offer letter from the college, you can apply for the visa at your local VFS UK Centre or at the British High Commission office in your country. You will need to apply six weeks in advance of your course start date. The College Admissions Officer will provide full assistance in order to apply for your visa.

Q. Which language are the modules taught?

All our modules are taught in English.

Q. Do I get a refund if my visa is refused by UKBA?

Yes a refund will be issued on confirmation of refusal of your visa deducting the visa application fees and administration charges.

E-Learning

Q. What are the eligibility criteria for an e-learning course?

There is no eligibility, as long as you are 16 years or over and have found the course of your choice you can purchase and complete the course.

Q. How long do I have access to the course?

You will have unlimited access for 12 months from your first login date.

Q. What if I do not understand something on the course?

We have a learner's support team, you can contact them from the learning hub for any query that you may have during the learning process.

Q. If I change my mind after purchase, can I cancel it for a refund?

Sorry, we do not accept cancellations or process a refund once the login details are provided.

Q. Do I get a certificate?

Yes you will get a certificate of completion.

Q. I have a voucher code where do I redeem it?

The merchant who you have purchased your voucher from will have provided you with a redemption link. You will have to enter the code, your name and email address. After the code is accepted you will receive your login details to access the course.

Q. When do I get my login credentials to access the course?

Once you have successfully paid for the course, an email with your login credentials will be sent to you so you can access the course.

Q. Can I access the course on a tablet or a smartphone?

Yes, our website is responsive, which means you can view the lectures and read the notes on a tablet or a smartphone.
